Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. SugarSMAC Education does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card information.

SugarSMAC Education includes community features designed to help professional sugarists connect, learn, troubleshoot, ask questions, and share information.
If you choose to create a member profile or participate in community areas, information such as your name, profile image, posts, comments, reactions, and other activity may be visible to other members or users, depending on the privacy settings and features available within the app.
Please do not post personal, confidential, sensitive, or client-identifying information that you do not want others to see.
You are responsible for the information you choose to share within community areas.
4. WIX AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
The SugarSMAC Education app and related Services are built and hosted using Wix, which provides technology used to operate the app and website, manage member accounts, host content, provide community functionality, facilitate transactions, and provide other features.
As a result, personal information may be processed or stored using Wix's systems and infrastructure.
We may also use trusted third-party service providers for functions such as payment processing, analytics, email communications, hosting, app distribution, and other services necessary to operate SugarSMAC Education.
These providers may process personal information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
5. APPLE APP STORE AND GOOGLE PLAY
If you download or use the SugarSMAC Education app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may independently collect information relating to your use of their platforms or services.
Information collected independently by Apple or Google is governed by their respective privacy policies and practices.
6. EMAILS, MARKETING, AND PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Where permitted by law or with your consent where required, we may send communications about education, upcoming events, new courses, community activity, programs, products, promotions, or other information that may be relevant to SugarSMAC Education members.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those messages.
You can manage push notification permissions through your device or app settings.
Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send essential service-related messages concerning your account, purchases, course access, registrations, security, or other important administrative matters.
7. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate SugarSMAC Education and our business, including Wix, payment processors, technology providers, analytics providers, communications providers, and other service providers where reasonably necessary.
We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, legal process, or regulatory authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect My Sugar Shop Ltd., our users, our rights, or the safety and security of others.
If My Sugar Shop Ltd. undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale, or transfer of some or all of its business or assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Because SugarSMAC Education uses Wix and other third-party technology providers, personal information may be stored or processed on servers located outside your province, territory, or country. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Deleting your account may result in the loss of access to courses, community content, memberships, purchase history, certifications, or other features associated with your account.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
SugarSMAC Education is designed for professional education and is not directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, please contact us so we can address the situation.
13. EXTERNAL LINKS AND EDUCATOR OFFERINGS
SugarSMAC Education may include links to third-party websites, educators, courses, businesses, booking platforms, or other external resources.
When you leave SugarSMAC Education and interact with a third-party service, that third party's privacy practices apply.
My Sugar Shop Ltd. is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of independent third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
